Yes, Glory is a god, but the Knights of Byzantium always felt like transplants from another series. Turns out she's a normal human and not a demon, as her family would have her believe. If you guessed there was a spell involved, you'd be right. While Buffy's financial woes may be a realistic aspect of her character, it's just depressing for viewers. She wants to dance, not to face the Master and lose. While it's not a great hour, Xander's final speech to Dawn is sweet, and Amanda is definitely the best Potential. Prefab Sprout. And yes, now that I've started watching it for the thousandth time, I'm probably going to have to watch the entire show all over again. One person is missing from Kim's birthday post. Writer: Marti Noxon Director: David Solomon Willow's grief over Tara's sudden death takes a quick turn toward villainy in an episode appropriately titled "Villains. It's a little bizarre, but it makes sense once you realize it has a lot to do with Amy's reappearance — and Willow's guilt. Sarah Michelle Geller hung out with Alyson Hannigan over the weekend. But it's still kind of charming to watch Xander fall for his seductive praying mantis teacher, despite the squick factor she's his teacher and also a praying mantis. Make no mistake: "Teacher's Pet" is bad. And if that weren't bad enough, he's brought along his annoyingly perfect wife Sam. Especially when it seems like Xander, Willow and Buffy are the only students actually using the place. This week Friends is in the lead for "Greatest Ever" series finale of the '00s but it's not quite the same advantage that BMW had. The impotence metaphor is apt and very funny. It's a rather darker take on the student-teacher relationship than "Teacher's Pet. The only thing worse than vampire cowboys Lyle and Tector Gorch is the actual plot, which revolves around a prehistoric parasite latching onto Sunnydale High students by way of eggs they've been assigned to take care of for health class. The basic concept — a high school kid building the perfect girlfriend for his dead brother — is creepy enough. For all its faults, Season 7 ended things right. What were the writers smoking? The real problem with "Shadow" is Glory's plan to locate the Key, which involves sending a giant snake demon after it. Sorry, Xander, two Xanders just aren't as exciting as two Spikes. After an episode of petty theft and dirty dancing, the murder comes as a shock and changes Faith forever. Some of Season 7's funniest moments are in this episode: Spike tackling Buffy with a rocket launcher is actually perfect.

Today, we're continuing with our series on the relationship between the arts and wellbeing. Throughout the series, we'll be exploring the ways the arts can enrich our lives, help us tackle mental health issues and help us find expression and connection again, after a year of isolation. Last week, we chatted to psychotherapist, Rachel Williams, who spoke extraordinarily about the importance of the arts for expression and empathy to help us to look after our brains. In this episode, we wanted to dig a bit deeper into this idea of expression and vulnerability. Whilst the arts and creativity can help us to find release for our feelings, that can also be very exposing, especially after a year when we've been very used to staying in and not expressing ourselves. How can we take care of ourselves as we head out of lockdown and back into the world? What can lessons from the arts teach all of us and how might the arts help us make some of these transitions? This week, Artistic Director, Michelle Terry, is joined by Director, Sarah Bedi and Drama Therapist, Annemarie Gaillard. For a number of years, Sarah and Annemarie have been working together, including here at the Globe, to make sure that wellbeing and mental health practices are part of rehearsal rooms and theater making processes. For theater companies, they have a brief six week window when they must access a lot of feeling, emotion, psychological depth and then share that with the world in a moment of acute vulnerability.

It was just before then end of 1958 that I had been bothered each year with allergies. I would sneeze in the summertime and mainly in the spring. Then it got in to be in the fall, then spring, summer and fall. The doctor would always prescribe at that time something that would alleviate it. At the Bulletin I was doing a regular comic and I was editor of their Fun Book. I had a nine to five job there and we lived in Roslyn which was outside Philadelphia and it was one hour and a half commute on the train and subway. I was selling a feature to the newspapers called Channel Chuckles, which was the little cartoon about television which I enjoyed doing.
