This permit is non-transferable, and must be in your possession on the grounds during the event. The above named Organization/Applicant does hereby indemnify, and hold harmless, the City of Cincinnati, Board of Park Commissioners, their officers, agents, and employees, for any and all claims, damages, or losses which may occur as the result of this permit to use the above named Cincinnati Park Facility. The Park Board is under no obligation to issue a photo permit if it is determined that the granting of such permit may reasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Parks. CINCINNATI PARK BOARD PHOTO PERMIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS PHOTOGRAPHY RATES: $100 flat fee, per park, up to 4 hours. VIDEOGRAPHY RATES: $200 flat fee, per park, up to 4 hours. 1. NO REFUNDS. 2. Permits may be purchased at the Park Board Administrative Offices located at 950 Eden Park Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 by submitting a completed and signed application, along with your payment (credit card, money order or cash in person). Make money orders payable to: TREASURER, CITY OF CINCINNATI, 3. It should be clearly understood that the Cincinnati Park Board and the City of Cincinnati in no way endorses any product or service connected with the photography/usage. 4. The holder of this permit is liable for any damage to park land and/or park property. This permit is nontransferable, and must be in your possession on the grounds during shooting/usage. 5. No vehicles are permitted on grass, sidewalks, or other park areas not designated as vehicle parking areas, unless authorized by the Park Board prior to the shoot/usage. 6. Photos or films must not include any park visitors without their prior permission. 7. A permit does not grant exclusive rights to any area within the Cincinnati Parks. All areas must be open to the public. For exclusive use, please call 513-357-2602 for a Special Use Permit. 8. Photo shoots/usage may not interfere with pedestrian traffic. 9. Photography equipment must be properly placed to prevent trip hazards to the general public. 10. The following park locations are off-limits for photo shoots or videography: Ault Park Pavilion Alms Park Pavilion Ault Park Gardens (Rose & Brumm) French House Gibson House Maple Ridge Lodge Mt. Echo Pavilion Oak Ridge Lodge Mt. Airy Forest Arboretum Wedding Gardens (Braam, Meyer Lake and Vasey Garden). Ted Berry Pavilion Temple of Love Any reserved areas ANY MISUSE OF PARK PROPERTY OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REGULATIONS WILL VOID THIS PERMIT AND NO REFUND OF THE FEE.
