You can read his bio in the program book. I’m not going to read that. I’m going to tell you about my experience with Tom. Back in the late 80’s/ early 90’s, big surprise here, Bob Steele had the idea of starting a motivational Top Times listing that was scored because it didn’t exist. Now it does through USA swimming. But at the time, we did it the old-fashioned way.
