Both our annual meetings in 2015 and 2016 showed that the members of the TSOS were keenly interested in this journey and have shown great spirit and interest in making these events successful. The 2nd TSOS at Hyderabad will be a tough act to follow as we were blessed with the presence of a galaxy of speakers and some amazing facilities and kudos to the local organizing committee for pulling off a spectacular event. This year, we have an equally exciting event with 156 submissions, which have been categorized as 36 paper presentations, 60 posters, 10 videos and close to 40 instruction courses/symposia/master classes. The focus of this years meeting is on cataract surgery and we have some stellar speakers from across the country who will spend time with us. As usual our skills transfer sessions on Cornea, Glaucoma, Oculoplasty and Retina are a big draw for the post-graduate students and sincere thanks to the leads for these courses as they always are an additional effort. We have the honor of hosting 4 spectacular orations by L Vijaya, Mohan Rajan, Prashant Garg and Mallika Goyal. The LOC led by Dr Bharat Kumar has been superlative in their efforts and we are sure this will translate into a memorable event All of these speakers, sessions, talks, courses and symposia would mean nothing without the involvement of the audience, which is the epi center around which all of these revolve, so come join us and make this program count for you… Thanking you Scientific Committee Telangana Ophthalmological Society 4 3rd Annual Meeting Executive Committee President Treasurer Dr. Manoj Chandra Mathur Dr. Praveen P Hyderabad Hanamkonda +919393348827 +919652829652 [email protected] [email protected] Secretary Joint secretary Dr. Ravindra Aitharaju Dr. Sreekumar Vaggu, Warangal Hanamkonda +919394058999 +919866426367 [email protected] [email protected] President-Elect Chairman - Academic & Dr. Nandkishore KB Research Committee Hyderabad Dr. Rajalingam V +919440049555 Hyderabad [email protected] +919848046378 [email protected] Vice President Dr. Madhukar Reddy Editor- Publications Hyderabad Dr. Mallika Goyal +919848018170 Hyderabad [email protected] +919849270994 [email protected] Advisor Chairman –Scientific Committee Dr. NS Reddy Dr. Pravin V Krishna Hyderabad Hyderabad +919246166611 +919849094245 [email protected] [email protected] 5 3rd Annual Meeting Managing Committee Co-opted member +91 9866311145 +91 9704115725 Dr. Jaganmohan Rao Ch Dr. Raghu Veladanda Dr. Chandrabanu Karimnagar Karimnagar Warangal +91 9866311145 +91 9849277563 +91 9849677467 AIOS representatives Dr. Ashok Madiraju, Dr K Raj Kumar Dr. Hari Kishan G Khammam Warangal Karimnagar +91 9848675857 +91 9849439474 +91 9440062502 Dr. Narayana Madhukar Reddy K Khammam Hyderabad +91 9848348581 +91 9848018170 Dr. Ramesh Sarode Special Invitee Mahabubnagar Dr. Viswanath K +91 9440208830 Hyderabad Dr. Mallikarjun Y +91 9959744437 Mahabubnagar Members +91 9701864776 Dr. Badarinarayana G Dr. Krishnamurthy B Adilabad Medak +91 9866223525 +91 9849422871 Dr. Krishnam Raju U Dr. Suresh Chander Rao Adilabad Medak +91 9985017692 +91 9849004242 Dr. Madhukar Reddy K Dr. Amar L Hyderabad & Rangareddy Nalgonda +919848018170 +91 9848177416 Dr. Venugopal R Dr. Pulla Rao Hyderabad & Rangareddy Nalgonda +91 9000231427 +91 9848441246 Dr. Sachindra Reddy Dr. Muthanna Ch Hyderabad & Rangareddy Nizamabad +91 9391170808 +91 9949421112 Dr. Ravi Kumar V Dr. Dwaraknath Hyderabad & Rangareddy Nizamabad +91 9848327434 +91 9849250290 Dr. Jaganmohan Rao Ch, Dr. Hari Dev K Karimnagar Warangal 7 LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE (ORUGALLU EYE CON 2017) 8 LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE (ORUGALLU EYE CON 2017) 9 OPHTHA L A M N O A L O G G N I A C L A E Telangana Ophthalmological Society L T Lifetime Achievement Award GVBK Gangadhara Reddy Having graduated from Osmania University in 1966, Dr.Reddy qualified as an Ophthalmologist in 1970.
