As an Ambassador you are the initial contact for future students. You become the face and voice of Southern Utah University. “For despite all the money that colleges and universities spend on brochures, Web sites and other marketing efforts, high school students and their parents often base their impressions of an institution on the young man or woman who has led them around campus for 45 minutes (Lombardi, 2006).” So here’s the deal: “Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care!” The purpose of a campus tour at Southern Utah University is to make a personal connection with future T-birds!
