Introduction is a western state of Burma (Myanmar) with 36,000 km2 in area. It shares borders with Rakhine State in the south, Bangladesh in south-west, Sagaing and Magway Region in the east, Indian in the north and west. Chin state is also known as virgin land because none of tourist has been arrived for over 40 years. In fact most areas are covered with healthy forests and it is only one mountainous region in Burma (Myanmar). There is no plain area and all places in state are 3,000 feet above sea level.

On the other hand Chin state is difficult to travel and there are no luxuries but simple accommodations with clean and standard. Daily meals and nutrition are simple but all are organic fruits and vegetables. Local people are proud to be their simple life and they are helpful, honest and kindness heart to other people.

Foreign travelers were not allowed into the Chin State during the closed military regime, however today travelers - who must apply for a permit (for only village trip) from the central government - are allowed in small numbers. We provide all travel documents to obtain special permit to Chin State.

As Myanmar government upgrade Chin State as tourists destination. We, Friends of Nature, welcomes responsible tourists who are interested in integrating with and supporting local economies. Friends of Nature is therefore delighted to offer you a tour to virgin land, Chin State.
