Dallas Mavericks “Day of Dance”

Sunday, November 6th, 2016 American Airlines Center – AT&T Plaza Registration Deadline is October 3rd

1:00-1:15pm Registration for dancers (Concourse of AAC) Performance top will be issued at registration All bags will be checked by security at entrance Parking available at TBA Parents can observe rehearsal in designated seating area

1:15-3:00pm ADTS Staff will block the dancers in performance formation Mallory Mills & Dallas Mavericks Dancers will review choreography for pre-game performance with dancers on AAC court Please learn/practice the choreography in advance and be “performance ready” Choreography will be available at www.DanceADTS.com starting October 10th

3:00-3:15pm Group photo on AAC court with Dallas Mavericks Dancers Everyone must clear arena immediately following picture Do not leave any personal belongings behind – no re-entrance until doors open for game

3:30-4:30pm Meet & Greet with the Dallas Mavericks Dancers on Victory Plaza

4:45pm Dancers check spacing/walk-through performance on Victory Plaza 4:55pm Dancers & Dallas Mavericks Dancers take their positions to be ready for performance 5:00pm Announcements and performance of the Dancers & Dallas Mavericks Dancers

*After performance, dancers will be dismissed to enjoy the basketball game with family and friends

4:30pm Doors open to AAC for game 6:00pm Dallas Mavericks vs. Milwaukee Bucks tip-off 8:30pm Approximate end time for game; Safe travels home to all!

DANCERS: Please bring minimal belongings with you to the AAC, and make sure you have designated someone to leave them with during the rehearsal and performance in Victory Plaza. Make sure you bring several bottles of water to drink. Please wear a fitted racerback tank so that you can put performance top over racerback after the rehearsal before group photo. Please make sure you wear your long black jazz pants and black soft sole, non-scuff jazz shoes for rehearsal/performance. NO glitter or sequins permitted on the arena floor. Each dancer must sign and return a Dallas Mavericks waiver to participate in the rehearsal/performance. The plaza performance will occur only if weather permits, and is subject to cancellation. No refunds can be made after registering.
