Imagine a place, right in the heart of the community, where children are encouraged to explore, create, investigate and learn through hands-on activity in the out-of-doors…a place that’s safe, fun and free that welcomes children to experience literacy, learning and the gifts of nature. Visitors will be introduced to the components n n n and characteristics of the clear, colorless, nearly odorless and n n tasteless liquid that most of us enjoy but tend to take for granted. n n n Explore water conservation and purification, water sources, the n n confluence of water and the weather, and the water cycle’s effect n n n on all living things. Don’t miss the wide variety of programs n n for children and families during the June through September n n n exhibit. Families and kids (K-5) will participate in special water n n activities and experiments.
