  • Why I Joined the Fne
WHY I JOINED THE FNE by Pierre de Rosa It is time to light a candle. I had the good fortune to visit with Paul Ritchie, the General Commissioner of the Federation of North American Explorers (FNE) in October 2013. He was bringing a group of youth on a visit to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. What I saw impressed me deeply. As a The basilica was built by Venerable Father Nelson Baker in leader, what impresses me the most about FNE is the four years, and paid – in full – upon completion, with the spiritual aspect of the program.
