For years, I have wrestled with the reality of my personality, learning style, and ADHD-esque way of living and working. Starting is exhilarating and ideas are my drug of choice. Finishing? Well, in my world that has been a lost art. With that context, this project is literally a miracle in print form. My prayers for growth in discipline and focus have been answered. I am overflowing with gratitude to my Heavenly Father for the gift of inspiration and the prompting and prodding of the Holy Spirit on to completion. In the midst of the most difficult season of our married life, my bride of now 15 years, not only stood with me, but held up the myriad loose ends that naturally come from being married to a man who starts a new job with an international missions organization and a doctoral program. I can say with absolute certainty that this project is in your hands because of the unconditional, unrelenting, sacrificial, and selfless support of my wife, Melissa, and my two wonderful children, Addyson and Stephen. There were countless activities missed, dinners delayed, lonely nights, and daddy-absent mornings. With hands joined and happy hearts we can say those days are now over! I cannot thank my parents enough for always investing in my life and ministry. This work is a reflection of the love and support I have felt from you throughout my life. Mom, your special margin notes were always timely and always inspiring! To Nicole, Sarah, and Andrew, thank you for your constant
