O R D E R Sri Mohd Ashraf, Komaram Bheem Asifabad District-504296 has filed 2nd appeal dated 16-01-2019 which was received by this Commission on 21-01-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO-1 to 14 / O/o The Tahsildar, Mutharam, Kamanpur, Sri Rampur, Anthargaon, Palakurthy, Dharmaram, Ramagundam, Eligaid, Julapalli, Ramagiri, Sulthanabad, Manthani,Odela, Peddapalli Mandal, Peddapalli District, PIO-15 / The District Revenue Officer, O/o The Collector and District Magistrate, Peddapalli, Peddapalli District and 1st Appellate Authority / The Joint Collector, O/o The Collector and District Magistrate, Peddapalli, Peddapalli District. P.T.O Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required ::2:: The brief facts of the case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated 14-05-2018 before the PIO under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, requesting to furnish the information on the following points mentioned in his application: The Public Information Officer / O/o. The Dist. Collector, Peddapalli Dist vide Lr.No. F4/680/2018, dated ---06-2018 has transferred the application u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act to the Public Information Officer-1 to 14 / O/o. The Tahsildar, Mandal Revenue Office, Mutharam, Kamanpur, Sri Rampur, Anthargaon, Palakurthy, Dharmaram, Ramagundam, Eligaid, Julapalli, Ramagiri, Sulthanabad, Manthani, Odela, Peddapalli Mandal, Peddapalli Dist to furnish the information directly to the Complainant under intimation to their office. The Public Information Officer has given a reply to the Appellant vide Lr.No.B/RTI/47/2018, dated 25-06-2018. Since the appellant did not receive the information from the Public Information Officer, he filed 1st appeal dated 19-11-2018 before the 1st Appellate Authority u/s 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting him to furnish the information sought by him. The 1st Appellate Authority has not responded to the Appellant. As the appellant did not get the information from the Public Information Officer / 1st Appellate Authority even after 30 days of filing his 1st appeal, he preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission u/s 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to take action against the PIO and 1st Appellate Authority for not furnishing information sought by him and also to arrange to furnish the information soughtTSIC by him. The Appeal was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 26-11-2019. The case is called on 26-11-2019. The Appellant/ Sri Mohd. Ashraf is absent.     JAGTIAL DISTRICT We acknowledge the content from http://jagitial.telangana.gov.in/district-profile Jagtial district is one of the 31 districts in the state of Telangana. Jagtial was carved out of Karimnagar district and was made as a district on October 11, 2016. Jagtial district is spread across an area of 3,043 square kilometers and has a population of 9,83,414 as per 2011 Census data. Jagtial town is the headquarters with a population of 1,03,962. Korutla is the second largest town with a population of 1,08,297. Jagtial and Metpally are the revenue divisions in this district. These are further divided into 18 mandals. Jagtial, Korutla, Dharmapuri, Choppadondi and Vemulawada Assembly constituencies are under Jagtial district. Jagtial town got its name from Jaggadeva. Godavari River flows through this district. There is Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University's Agricultural College in Polasa. Kotilingala located on the bank of Godavari River was an important town in ancient town during the period of the Assaka mahajanapada and the Satavahanas.
