• Our safety commitment is so strong that our staff receive BSA Youth Protection Training Safety: Tour Central We maintain a dedicated emergency office and staff in Washington and elsewhere to react to any emergencies and last-minute changes • Tour Central office operates 24 hours a day when groups are in town

• Every call is answered by a live person (no computerized answering)

• 1-800 number given to all participants, allowing them to always reach help – Each participant wears a badge with emergency details and number on the back

• Seasoned staff of 20+ individuals have deep experience in reacting to both common challenges and the real emergencies
