Nu-Era has performed with The Whispers, Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes, Blue Magic, and Jerry Butler. Nu-Era has also performed at the Birchmere alongside Rock-n-Roll Hall of Famers The Orioles, Pookie Hudson and The Spaniels, along with several other greats. In addition they have opened for Gerald Levert, The O’Jays, and Patti . They have also shared the stage with , the Delfonics and . They appeal to the older and younger crowds alike. These dedicated brothers have dazzled crowds at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Theatre, Kings Dominion, Six Flags, Coppin State University and Morgan

State University. They are the only group asked to return four years in a row to perform on the Classic Soul Cruise. Also they have performed several times for the lynx social club in DC & Florida. For ease of reference, Nu-Era consists of five singing brothers: Isaac “Ike”, Solomon “Sonny”, Samuel “Sam”, Jacob “Jake”, and Jeremy “JP” Marsh.

Ike is the lead second tenor and baritone of the group. He is very family oriented as he vividly remembers going to church every Sunday with his siblings. The brothers were always together singing and playing football with their father.

Sonny is one of a set of twins. He is the lead second tenor and baritone. After opening up for the late great Gerald Levert, Solomon remembers, Mr. Levert congratulated them on a great show and remarked that he wished that they had longer to perform, because he was really enjoying their performance. Sam is the second twin & first tenor of the group hitting notes that wooed women out of their seats.

Jake is the bass of the group whose voice rounds out the group resembling The Great Melvin Franklin of . People love hearing him sing the Temptations version of "Old Man River".

JP is the Rapper and second tenor of the group. As the youngest brother he brings the flavor of Hip Hop to the group.
