The size of the lot is approximately 52,265 square feet, with an Petroleum Accounting and Financial estimated total air rights of approximately 164,030 square feet buildable. The $6,600,000 asking Management Journal price reflects $40 per buildable square foot. Jonathan Berman, vice president of Ariel Property Advisors, is marketing the property.
