DISH NETWORK ADDS TWO SOUTH ASIAN CHANNELS

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., July 14, 2004 – EchoStar Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH) announced today that its DISH Network™ satellite television services recently added KTV, a Tamil-language channel, and Udaya TV, a -language channel to its international programming line-up. DISH Network offers some of the most comprehensive international programming packages, and remains a leader in the industry.
