Making mandelbrot

Participants in the January edition of Chabad’s Mini Chefs kids’ cooking program focused on Tu B’shvat - New Year for Trees. They made cupcakes from scratch, then iced them as flowers which were placed in flower pots that the kids decorated with duct tape, resulting in a beautiful bouquet. The kids learned how important trees are for us as humans, for animals and for the environment too. The program continues Feb. 26 with a lesson in making hamantaschen.
