In addition, Niche ranked George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology as the nation’s 58th best high school for arts education. For the regional rankings, schools from Baltimore City, and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, and Howard counties were reviewed, and the following 12 Baltimore County Public Schools appeared in the top 50 overall: School, ranking Eastern Technical High School, 6th Hereford High School, 8th Dulaney High School, 9th George W.
