Clients and projects vary from electronic media groups to development of professional business practices for clinical centers of excellence.

2002 – 2005 Executive Director, Brian & Spine Center Brackenridge Hospital Austin, Texas Manage and market the Brain and Spine Center at Brackenridge Hospital. Coordinate and plan physician, staff and executive level strategies in neurosciences for the Seton Healthcare Network. Develop and manage annual budgets and short and long term business plans for the Brain and Spine Center. Develop funds for research through special projects and philanthropy.

1998 - 2002 Professional Services, Executive Consultant Silicon Graphics, Inc. Austin, Texas Managed and marketed solutions-based consulting engagements. Identified strategic markets and grew the consulting business throughout the United States. Responsible for revenue generation, successful project execution, proposal development and managing client relations. Responsible for developing relationships with clients and understanding the client's strategic direction and business goals. Clients included CNN, Weather Channel, TNT and TV Azteca.

1997 - 1998 Sales Manager KVUE - TV (ABC) Austin, Texas Responsible for local and regional markets. Established and implemented multi- million dollar budgets and yearly revenue objectives. Managed local marketing team and regional account executives. Encouraged development of strong relationships with clients and vendors. Taught marketing skills including goal setting, motivation, and creative problem solving.

Successfully developed Companies Who Care promotion creating non- traditional revenue for the station.

1993 - 1997 Sales Manager KXAN -TV (NBC) Austin, Texas Responsible for local and regional markets. Established budgets and yearly objectives. Managed local sales team and regional account executives. Successfully built a winning sales team. Motivated and directed a sales organization that previously had been under performing into one of the top teams in Central Texas.

1990 - 1993 General Sales Manager KLSB - TV Region 19 (NBC) Nacogdoches, Texas Responsible for hiring and developing sales management, a local sales team and traffic department for a new start up . Projected budgets and yearly sales objectives. Managed local and regional sales teams. Successfully positioned and marketed the station prior to sign on.

Initiated travel incentive promotion for top clients in which additional revenue was generated. This program created excellent relationship building opportunities between station personnel and clients.

1989 - 1990 Regional Sales Manager KETK - TV Region 56 (NBC) Nacogdoches, Texas Responsible for managing satellite office for southern half of Tyler/Lufkin ADI. Established budgets and established yearly sales objectives. Developed regional sports broadcast programs developing nontraditional revenue opportunities. Promoted internally to General Sales Manager of KLSB - TV.

1987 - 1989 General Manager KTBC-FM / KSFA-AM Nacogdoches, Texas Responsible for managing and marketing of two radio stations. Established budgets and yearly revenue objectives. Created unique promotional opportunities to develop non-traditional revenue. Successfully acquired permission from the Federal Communications Commission to move frequency and increase power of KTBC from 3000 Watts to 50,000 Watts substantially increasing the value of the station.

1984 - 1987 Account Executive KTRE - TV (ABC) Lufkin, Texas Responsible for local direct markets. Established strong relationships with clients. Managed client's annual budgets and helped formulate marketing strategy. Successfully created and implemented a Regional Account Management position developing incremental dollars from regional markets.

1981 - 1984 Field Representative American Cancer Society , Texas Responsible for fund raising and education. Coordinated and directed volunteers from the Dallas area communities. Worked closely with the medical community for recruitment and professional involvement on area boards. Successfully established non- profit special events that increased revenue substantially year to year. Shared top revenue development honors for Texas in 1984.

1979 - 1981 Account Executive KSFA - AM and KTBC - FM Radio Responsible for generating local advertising revenue. Interacted with clients to develop monthly and annual budgets and to establish strategic marketing campaigns.
