The appeal is made under section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against a refusal to grant planning permission. The appeal is made by C P Button Ltd against the decision of Cornwall Council. The application Ref.PA13/09867, dated 25/10/13, was refused by notice dated 22/4/14.
