We begin by switching on our Condor Mini. Select ‘Cut by Bitting’ located on the right of the screen Select HU56R from the menu. (note you can also search by vehicle). 4 You will be given 2 options, select the bottom option. The next screen shows you which jaw to use and which line to align the key to. Insert the key into the jaw and align to the correct Once the original key is in the jaw, ensure the key area and jaw alignment line and clamp tight. are clean of swarf and key debris then select ‘Key Decode’. Your key is correctly cut! 6 If you’re in a situation where they key blade has been lost, it is also possible to pick and decode using a Genuine Lishi tool and directly enter the cuts into the machine where no key is available to decode from. Select ‘Cut by Bitting’. Input HU56R using the keypad. Once HU56R is highlighted select ‘Continue’. Again select the bottom option of the 2 options you are presented with. Enter the direct cuts you read with the Genuine Lishi tool, then select continue to cut as shown. > 7 Decoding and Cutting the HU101 Lock Using the Condor Mini Key Cutting Machine By Martin Pink In This Guide we will look at decoding and cutting a HU101 key on the Condor Mini key cutting machine. Begin by switching on your Condor Mini key cutting machine. 8 Then select ‘Cut by Bitting’. Using the keypad, input HU101. Select HU101 from the options. Once HU101 is selected, press ‘Continue’. You will be offered 2 options – 7 cut or 10 cut. In this guide The screen then changes confirming which clamp, it’s a 10 cut key we need, so select 10 cut and Volvo and correct alignment position and correct cutter to use. press ‘Continue’. 9 Take note of the correct clamp. Correctly insert the original key into the jaw in the correct position. Double check on the screen that you’re using the correct Press ‘Key Decode’. jaw and it’s in the correct alignment. Then press ‘Continue’. The Condor Mini will now decode the key. 10 Once decoding is complete the screen displays the key cuts. Now remove the original key and get a key blank. Correctly insert the blank key Press ‘Correcting & Cut’. in the jaw to the correct alignment. The Condor Mini will cut they key. Once cutting is complete Turn the key and align correctly when prompted. you will be told to turn the key and cut side 2. 11 Press ‘Correcting & Cut’ to begin cutting side 2. The key is now perfectly duplicated. You can also enter direct cuts if no key is available as follows: Select ‘Cut by Bitting’. Using the keypad type HU101. Select HU101. 12 Select 10 cut and then Volvo. Manually enter your cuts then cut as above guide. The process is the same on all vehicles using an ID46 chip. For the cutting element of this guide we are using a Condor Mini cut to code machine. Handy Baby is exceptional on ID46 key cloning! It is very quick and the cloning chips are very high quality, totally reliable and the carbon 46 chips for it are up to 55% cheaper than many rival chips! 16 To complete the procedure you will need the following items: 1) Handy Baby transponder cloner; 2) JMD46 carbon cloning chip; 3) The key blank or remote key you are cloning to; 4) The original key to clone from; 5) The vehicle the key will need to work on; 6) Key cutting machine. Once you have the necessary items we can begin the process of cutting and cloning a spare STD non remote ID46 car key, in this case a 2014 Vauxhall combo van. First, switch on the Condor Mini cut to code machine. Select either ‘Key Database’ or ‘Cut by Bitting’. Type in the key blank using the keypad on screen.
