It defines existing and future deficiencies in the transportation network; identifies needed improvements to the roadway, transit, pedestrian, and bicycle network to respond to forecasted growth in population and employment; developed standards to ensure that future transportation infrastructure will support the needs of all modes of travel (car, transit, bicycling, walking); establishes priorities for the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP); provides input to MAG’s NextGen Regional Transportation Plan; and informs the Circulation Element for the City’s next General Plan Update. The second effort is a Regional Connectivity Plan that examines connectivity needs associated with the

regional roadway network for a long-range growth scenario associated with buildout of the City and surrounding communities. It examined the roadway network to assure functions and capacity matched projected growth if the City and surrounding communities were to develop to the full potential of their General Plan land uses; plans for multimodal connections with other Pinal and Maricopa County communities; and provides Long-Term Guidance, Design Standards, and Right of Way requirements for regional facilities. The third effort, though not currently under contract, is Plan Implementation Support. For this potential future effort, a series of supporting efforts will be conducted to provide support for implementation of the ATP, including research on development funding for transportation projects; more detailed assessment of the potential alignment of identified future high-priority, high-capacity corridors; defining opportunities to bring certain Character Areas into compliance with City standards; and integration of requirements for transportation related drainage infrastructure. In a related effort, Wilson & Company was also contracted to develop signing and striping plans for the Honeycutt Road corridor to reflect potential for implementation of Complete Street principals being developed in conjunction with the ATP.

Wilson & Company reviewed local and regional transit-related planning documents and reviewed socioeconomic data to identify transit needs and the latent transit demand. Employment growth trends and population projections were then identified to define the five- and 10-year travel demands and where the demand for transit would likely occur in

the future. To conduct this analysis Wilson & Company customized a Transit Demand Model that illustrates existing latent demand for transit and where the demand for transit would expand to in the year 2025 and 2030.

This demand model and the service alternatives were informed by a robust process of public outreach including stakeholder group meetings, stakeholder interviews, public meetings and an online survey. Additional public outreach tasks include press releases, a media campaign, a comment mapping tool, and a project website.

The Casa Grande Transit Development Plan is scheduled to be completed in early 2018.

South 2015-Ongoing N/A Flood Control $325,000 Ongoing Wilson & Company provided ground Phoenix/Laveen District control survey and airborne-GPS base Drainage Maricopa stations, GPS controlled digital aerial Improvement/and County photography, analytical Aerial Mapping aerotriangulation, and high accuracy topographic mapping with pertinent planimetric detail (roads, drains, etc.) meeting Maricopa County and FEMA specifications.

The high accuracy mapping was checked against independent survey data acquired by the County and was well within accuracy specifications. Engineers and Flood Plain Managers are now using timely high accuracy topographic mapping for their updated Drainage Master Plans and to identify flood control problems and plan for the construction of facilities that will eliminate or minimize flooding problems.

In addition, Wilson & Company delivered georeferenced multi-spectral digital imagery including natural color and color infrared. This allows the County to view the imagery in an interactive GIS environment. This is the first time they have received digital imagery for a mapping project. City of Phoenix 2015 N/A City of $33,000 $33,000 The project is located at the intersection Engineering On- Phoenix of 16th Place and Violet Drive, in the Call Storm Drain southern portion of Phoenix. Phoenix has received flooding complaints from homeowners at 4602 and 4610 South 16th Place. An engineering study for drainage improvements was completed in July 2010 with an evaluation of the existing conditions and an alternatives analysis.

The Recommended solution from the study is Alternative 2. This scope of work is based on providing final design documents for Alternative 2 of the study prepared by Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, dated July 1, 2010.

Attachment 3-E Israel Boycott Form

All materials submitted as part of a response to a solicitation are subject to Arizona public records law and will be disclosed if there is an appropriate public records request at the time of or after the award of the contract. Recently legislation has been enacted to prohibit the state from contracting with companies currently engaged in a boycott of Israel. To ensure compliance with A.R.S. §35- 393.01.
