Playing Fields/Wildlife Areas inc: • To note Play Area Monthly Inspection for April and May, and approval of any action required or taken under Delegated Authority - railings on Bignall End Rd play area, removal of Miles Green car park bollard, dumped rubbish at Albert Street and Halmer End Further update re Albert Street Play equipment consultation timetable 13. Traff ic Sub Group – feedback from meeting held 16th May 2019 1. Church Street land in front of shops 2. Community Speedwatch update and consider funding room hire 15. Standing item - CCTV To consider approving the purchase of a SIM card at a cost over 12 months of £19.20 (£230) for use in Albert Street CCTV and to consider the upgrade of routers to allow sim cards at Alsager Road and Bignall End Road To note the change of bid submitted to the Police regarding the CCTV village centre 16. Al sager Road (silt blocking drains from Allotments/Car Park), actions to be discussed following Highways meeting 16th April 17. C ounty Councillor Ann Beech update on Staffordshire County Council matters (and decisions to be added to future agenda) and update re Highways projects for additional funding 18. To note Albert Street play area tree work – scheduled for 21st June 19. Correspondence and circulars -To review other items received and consider for next agenda 2 20. To consider the quote to install the bunting in June (and removal) and purchase of additional bunting of up to £150 21. To receive an update from Audley LAP and Police / Parish Liaison Committee 22. To approve the schedule of payments (Appendix D) To approve the Chairs Allowance Section 115 LGA 1972 (last year £1200) and to note that tax/employers NI is deductible at source 27. TO RESOLVE UNDER THE 1960 PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS ACT) TO EXCLUDE THE PRESS AND PUBLIC DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE MEETING TO BE DISCUSSED: • Car Park leases – Butchers Arms – to resolve to approve the lease, and any further queries and authorise the Chair and Vice Chair to sign the lease • Car Park leases –Methodist Church- – to resolve to approve the lease, and any further queries and authorise the Chair and Vice Chair to sign the lease • To consider the appointment of a drainage consultant to provide advice for any remedial drainage works to both car parks 3 .
