Situada na freguesia de Paradela do Vouga, na margem esquerda do Rio Vouga e abrangendo a margem direita do mesmo, na freguesia de , junto a um dos mais vastos lençóis de água deste rio. A praia fluvial está integrada num conjunto de equipamentos físicos de apoio e de valorizações várias dos espaços naturais, com zonas de lazer e desporto, parque infantil, mesas de merenda e zona de balneários.
