Repeal 2. The Regulations and By-laws relating to the Management of (deemed to be by-laws made under the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Act 1978) are repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE The object of this By-law is to extend the application of the Sydney Cricket Ground By-law 1986 to cover all of the land that is presently vested or dedicated under the Act (being land which the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust has the care, control and management of under the Act). This will mean that the provisions of the 1986 By-law relating to entry and admission, prohibited conduct and membership etc. will apply to the whole of the Sydney Football Stadium as well as to the Sydney Cricket Ground. The amendment made by clause 1 (a) changes the citation of the 1986 By-law to reflect the existence of the Stadium and clause 1 (b), (d), (e), (h), (i), (m), (n) and (o) make the changes referred to above. Clause 2 repeals an obsolete set of by-laws relating to the old Sydney Sports Ground. 4 1991—No. 673

Clause 1 (c), (f), (g), (j), (k), (1) and (p) also amend the 1986 By-law to replace provisions entitling a Regular Member to be issued with a Lady or Guest Card with provisions entitling such a member to be issued with a Guest Card or 2 Club Cards. This will bring the provisions into line with Gold Members’ Guest and Club Card entitlements.
