One Community Program The University of Rochester strives to create a community that fosters open and respectful discussion of difficult topics. Whether you identify as a religious, queer Latina; a white male nonbeliever from a rural town; or a multiracial, international deaf student—whatever unique combination of experiences make up who you are—our identities are complex and multifac- eted. Come listen to the stories of several students who will share their narratives about the ways in which their various identities have positively and negatively affected their college experience. Following this session there will be student-facilitated small-group discussions in which all students will explore the presentations and reflect on their own experiences.
