Details: The registration secretary will announce how many messengers are registered. This number establishes a quorum (25% of registered messengers) for votes moving forward.

The EC sort of acts ad-interim for the SBC the 363 days we are not in session. This will likely be an important time to be in the room for a few reasons:

Details: Southern Baptists will have submitted resolutions for the messengers to consider and vote on.
