Additionally, Hubei Province is well-known for its diverse landforms, including mountains, hills, mounds and plains. This area is called “The Province of Thousand Lakes” due to the abundance of water resources. Geographical names are exclusive names given to physical or anthropogenic geographic entities at specific spatial locations and are important signs by which humans understand natural and human activities. In this study, geographic information systems (GIS) technology is adopted to establish a geodatabase of geographical names with particular characteristics in Hubei Province and extract certain geomorphologic and environmental factors. -

E-commerce adoption and Rural Sustainable Livelihood Development, The Case of Smallholders in China’s Agro-Food Sector Abstract: We investigate the impact of e-commerce adoption on smallholder livelihood in China’s agro-food sector. Based on a sustainable livelihood framework, as well as a survey-based data set that allows us to correct selection biases by using Propensity Score Matching (PSM), we find that the most common approach for smallholders to participate in agro-food e-value chains is to cooperate with local e-tailers and become a e-tailer supplier. Moreover, e-tailer suppliers have more livelihood assets and are in better external e-commerce conditions than traditional suppliers that are not in the e-value chain. -

It can be divided into four sections 微, while MC Xiao 晓 initial group includes according to the distribution: the northern area, the Xiao 晓 and Xia 匣 initials. The analysis revealed the following: 1) COVID- 19 spread from Wuhan to other cities and rural areas in Hubei, but the disease did not become widespread in rural villages because of strict prevention measures and urbanization; 2) According to the fluctuation in the number of confirmed cases reported in Hubei after January 23, 2020, we inferred that the infected patients on the same day will become ill during the next 20 days; 3) the advanced traffic system facilitates the direct spread of COVID-19 from Wuhan to counties, towns, and villages in the Hubei Province. -
