Our Guest Experience Centre is open 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm (PDT), including statutory holidays during our train operating season (mid-April to mid-October), and Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PDT), excluding statutory holidays during our non‑operating season (mid-October to mid-April).
