WST Group is happy to invite you on 2 days Kakheti wine region tour with a traditional harvest festivities – Rtveli . It will be a great pleasure for us to have this unique experience together .
1ST Day itinerary : Tour Dates : 19-20 September ( 2 days and 1 night ) Meeting point : Kote Abkazi street # 44 Departure time : 09:00 am Arriving to Shumi Winery : 11:00 am Preparing and starting harvest : 11:30 At 12:30 o’clock staring to press grapes in an ancient winepress . Have masterclasses : bread baking , churchkhela making and taste 4 types of Premium class of Georgian wine . At 14:00 Georgian lunch in the beautiful garden . At 15:00 preparing and drive to Kvareli – hotel Royal Batoni . At 16:00 o’clock arrival to the hotel ,check-in and free time for the rest . At 19:00 o’clock traditional dinner in the hotel restaurant, free evening and hotel overnight .
2nd Day itinerary : Breakfast at the hotel , check out at 11:00 Visiting Gremi Monastery Complex At 12:00 o’clock departure to Tbilisi At 14:00 o’clock arrival to the city . Shumi Winery and Tourist Complex includes:
*The First Wine Museum in Georgia, where some exhibits are 6,000 years old .
*The Georgian Ethnographic Pavilion, where visitors can participate in Georgian traditions
*The Marani, where Shumi’s wines are made in Qvevri and age in oak barrels

The second day of Kakheti tour .
After having breakfast , check out at 11:00 am and drive to Gremi Fortress . Gremi was the capital of the Kingdom of Kakheti in the 16th and 17th centuries. Founded by Levan of Kakheti, it functioned as a lively trading town on the Silk Road and royal residence until being razed to the ground by the armies of Shah Abbas I of Persia in 1615.
After visiting monastery complex we will drive to Tbilisi city . OUR TEAM AT YOUR SERVICE
