Resolution 68-1993 CITY OF SONOMA RESOLUTION #68—93 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SONOMA DESIGNATING CERTAIN ITEMS OF PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS WHEREAS, the City Manager, Public Works Director, Fire Chief and Chief of Police have reported to this Council that certain items as shown in Exhibit "A" are surplus to the needs of the City, and that the same shall be disposed of. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this City Council that the items of personal property are declared to be surplus to the needs of the City, and that such property shall be disposed of at such time and place as the City Manager shall designate in an official notice published pursuant to City ordinance. The foregoing resolution was adopted this 6th day of October, 1993 by the following roll call vote: AYES: (4) Clm. Cermak, Ramponi, Riboni, Mayor Carter NOES: (0) None ABSENT: (1) Clm.
