As this Take Note describes, so much learning, activity and energy has gone on at AMSU and I know there is more to come. Something is always buzzing here at our school on the hill. Recently we have had two nice Ursuline school connections. The Teen Angels from The Ursuline School in New Rochelle came to share with their AMSU sisters how to be careful in regard to the Internet and Social Media. This is a very relevant and timely topic for our young women. All our students responded very favorably and it was wonderful to see the real engagement and conversation between all the young women. Right before our winter break, Ursuline Academy Choir from Wilmington, Delaware visited with our AMSU Vocalists and together they presented a beautiful and touching musical concert related to Black socialize and enjoy being together. Ursuline Sisterhood is alive and well! History and Spirituals for our whole school community. The career paths and acts of Serviam we hear about our alumnae are really remarkable. It is no doubt that the education received and the importance of Serviam have been instilled in them. The alumnae and friends of AMSU have supported our students and our mission so generously. Even in times of change, the administration of AMSU is dedicated to ensuring that students receive the best educational experience as well as being exposed to a vast number of opportunities available to those applying for colleges.
