The process of creating the Community Health Management Information System (C-HMIS) Operations Manual has been led jointly by the Community Health Services Division and Health Management Information System Unit at the MOHSW, and with the involvement of other vertical programs and MOHSW departments, who have provided inputs and contributed to the development of the document.
