INTERIOR DESIGN Situated on the ground floor of Corinthia Hotel, with its own entrance off Northumberland Avenue, the interior was designed by David Collins Studio. The grand, high-ceilinged space seats 90 covers, with a combination of dark green walls and ceiling, and oxblood red leather banquettes. At the far end of the restaurant is a six-seat rôtisserie bar where large joints of meat, fish and root vegetables are prepared in front of diners, and there is also a large fridge unit showcasing hanging meat supplied by Tom’s own butchers, The Butcher’s Tap in Marlow. There is also a striking collection of art and sculpture, curated by West Contemporary gallerists. At the centre of the room are two large bronze works created by Tom’s wife, Beth Cullen-Kerridge. A dedicated art wall also showcases paintings, photographs and sculptures by contemporary artists, including Robi Walters.
