Have you encountered any obstacles in your career: Not of note, I’ve been extremely lucky on the injury front (touch wood) and haven’t had anything keep me down for more than a few days. Sydney 2000 Olympian Miles Stewart, who won the ITU World Championship in 1991 and took bronze in 1998 and 1999 is now an active Board Member of Triathlon Australia and will be in London in his capacity as a National Selector. Stewart, a TA Hall Of Famer and now the National Leasing Manager Projects with Charter Hall, lives on the Gold Coast with his English-born wife Kate and their three children. Doctors found a 12mm abscess on my left lung, initially believing it to be either tuberculosis or a tumour. It was later found I had suffered two “nasty
