Lodging Information

Students attending our Force Protection IFTU and MAF IFTU courses have lodging reservations made for them. Please contact The All American Inn on JB MDL (McGuire AFB Lodging) to confirm your reservation. The All American Inn on JB MDL (McGuire AFB Lodging) is approximately five miles from the USAF EC. If billeted off base, the distance is at least eight to ten miles. Lodging is frequently contract quarters. Since JB MDL cannot provide transportation for USAF EC students, units should authorize rental cars for their members. We recommend units consider sharing with others from your location to reduce TDY expenses. Hotel services can be very expensive; please be sure to know any/all charges for services before accepting.

. Reservations: Students scheduled for training MUST contact the All American Inn (McGuire AFB) Lodging Office to make reservations at DSN: 650-4667 or 650-1425 Comm: (609) 754- 4667/1425. Please be sure to advise the lodging office if you're coming from outside CONUS.

. If you're cancelled out of the class, you must cancel your reservation with the All American Inn (McGuire AFB) Lodging Office and your hotel.

. Contracts (non-availability slips) will be faxed to the hotels.

As of 2 November 2011 Students lodged on McGuire should report to the All American Inn (McGuire AFB Lodging Office), Building 2786, NLT 1600 one day prior to class start date (CSD). Students lodged off-base can report directly to the hotel contracted for them NLT 1600 one day prior to CSD. If billeted off-base, students must call the hotel to confirm their reservation and guarantee the room with a government credit card. Also, those with a room preference, smoking or non-smoking, must contact the hotel and state their preference prior to arrival. Students arriving earlier than 24 hours prior to CSD should contact lodging in advance by calling the number listed above.

Mount Laurel, NJ Hotels

From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), follow signs for I-95 North. Take exit 19, (5.75 mi. from PHL), after exiting bear right (.5 mi.) for the Walt Whitman Bridge. Remain in the center lane to avoid forced exit immediately after the bridge. After crossing the bridge, move to and stay in the right lane until reaching exit 1B for I-295 North (3.85 mi ahead). Continue following your hotel directions listed below.

Please note that in many cases in New Jersey, left-hand turns are prohibited on major roads. You must first make a right turn into a "jug-handle.” Look for a sign indicating, "All turns from right lane” or “U-Turn." Wyndham Hotel: 1111 Route 73 North, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Stay on I-295 North until reaching exit 36A - Berlin / Route 73 South. The Wyndham is located on the left .85 miles from the exit. After exiting stay in the center lane, go to the traffic light past the hotel and make a U-turn to return to the hotel.

Candlewood Suites: 4000 Crawford Place, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 This is an extended stay hotel. Stay on I-295 North until reaching exit 36A - Berlin / Route 73 South. Follow Route 73 south approximately 2 mi until reaching Chili’s restaurant at Crawford Place. Take a right on Crawford Place to the hotel.

Hampton Inn: 5000 Crawford Place, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 Stay on I-295 North until reaching exit 36A Berlin / Route 73 South. Follow Route 73 south approximately 2 mi until reaching Chili’s restaurant at Crawford Place. Take a right on Crawford Place to the hotel.

Residence Inn: 1000 Bishops Gate Boulevard, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 At exit 40, take ramp right for RT-38E. Bear right onto RT-38 E, to Bishops Gate Blvd. Residence Inn will be on the right. Mount Holly / Westampton, NJ Hotels

Holiday Inn Express & Courtyard By Marriott: 18 Western Drive, Mount Holly, NJ 08060 From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), follow signs for I-95 North. Take exit 19, (5.75 mi. from PHL), after exiting bear right (.5 mi.) for the Walt Whitman Bridge. Remain in the center lane to avoid forced exit immediately after the bridge. After crossing the bridge, move to and stay in the right lane until reaching exit 1B for I-295 North (3.85 mi ahead). From I-295 North take exit 47A / Mount Holly. Go 1mi. on Route 541 and take the “All Turns” jug-handle for Irick Road / Western Drive. Turn left onto Irick Road to cross over Route 541. After crossing the highway, go to stop sign and turn left on Western Dr. The hotels are located on right.

Best Western & Hampton Inn From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), follow signs for I-95 North. Take exit 19, (5.75 mi. from PHL), after exiting bear right (.5 mi.) for the Walt Whitman Bridge. Remain in the center lane to avoid forced exit immediately after the bridge. After crossing the bridge, move to and stay in the right lane until reaching exit 1B for I-295 North (3.85 mi ahead). From I-295 North take exit 47A / Mount Holly. Go 1.5mi. on Route 541 and turn left onto Hancock Ln. Hampton Inn will be to the right & follow well marked signs to Best Western.

Hampton Inn: 2004 Route 206, Bordentown, NJ 08505 Follow I-295 North to Exit 57 (Bordentown) onto US Route 130. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Farnsworth Ave (CR -545). Turn right at the next traffic light onto Route 206 South. Hotel is down on the right.

Ramada Inn: 1083 US Route 206, Bordentown, NJ 08505. Follow I-295 North to exit 56 (Fort Dix/McGuire AFB- 38.35 mi. from PHL). Once off the exit, turn right onto Rising Sun Rd. Continue ahead for .5 mi; you will come to a T-intersection, turn left onto Old York Rd. Go to the next traffic light, turn left onto Route 206 North. Continue on Route 206 North until reaching the hotel down on the right.

Best Western Inn: 1068 U.S. 206 Bordentown, NJ 08505 Follow I-295 North to Exit 57 onto US-130 N. At the first traffic light turn right at Farnsworth Ave. Turn right at the next traffic light onto Route 206 South. Destination will be on the right.

Days Inn: 1073 U.S. 206 Bordentown, NJ 08505 Follow I-295 North to Exit 56 (Fort Dix/McGuire AFB- 38.35 mi. from PHL). Once off the exit, turn right onto Rising Sun Rd. Turn left at Old York Rd. Turn left at US-206 N. Destination will be on the right.

All American Inn (McGuire AFB), 2876 Mitchell Road, JB MDL NJ 08641 Quality Inn (Cookstown), 21 Wrightstown Cookstown Road, Cookstown, NJ 08511

Take I-295 North until reaching Exit 56 (Fort Dix/McGuire AFB exit) at mile marker 55-9. (See pictures above). After exiting Route 295 take the first right turn off. Proceed on this road (past the truck stop on your left) to the end. Turn left. Proceed to the first traffic light and turn right onto Route 206 South. After turning onto Route 206, you’ll immediately go under an overpass. Get into the farthest right-hand lane and take the jug handle for Route 68 South. While traveling on Route 68 you will see signs for Fort Dix/McGuire AFB DO NOT exit Route 68 at this point. Continue on Route 68 until you reach the Fort Dix main entrance. Turn left at the traffic light at the Fort Dix main entrance (intersection of Route 68 and Saylor’s Pond Road) and proceed towards Wrightstown. Continue on this road into Wrightstown; go straight at the traffic light (Wendy’s on the right). To proceed to The All American Inn (McGuire Lodging) enter McGuire’s main gate (24 hour gate) and take Third exit off traffic circle (Tuskegee Airman drive) go straight at the next traffic light onto Mitchell Ave, stay straight until reaching the Lodging Office (Bldg 2786) on the right. To proceed to the Quality Inn (Cookstown) go completely past McGuire AFB, the hotel is located on the left approximately .25 miles beyond the base.

To All American Inn (Ft. Dix) – Bldg 5255 W 1st St, Ft Dix NJ **FIRST** Check In at All American Inn (McGuire AFB) Lodging Take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 7 (US Route 206 / Bordentown). Get onto Route 206 South. After merging onto Route 206 you’ll pass a truck stop and shortly after that, go under an overpass. Get into the farthest right-hand lane and take the jug handle for Route 68 South. While traveling on Route 68 you will see signs for Fort Dix/McGuire AFB. DO NOT exit Route 68 at this point. Continue on Route 68 until you reach the Fort Dix main entrance. Continue through the intersection to the checkpoint at the Main Entrance and take first exit off the circle onto 4th St. Continue on 4th St until you reach a traffic light. Turn Left onto New Jersey Ave and proceed approx 1500 ft. Turn Right onto W 1st St. Proceed across Maryland and Pennsylvania Ave. Front office is on the corner of W 1st St & Maryland Ave (Sign will be to your right.) Back to top

To Doughboy (Ft. Dix) - Bldg 5254 W 1st St, Ft Dix NJ **FIRST** Check In at All American Inn (McGuire AFB) Lodging Take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 7 (US Route 206 / Bordentown). Get onto Route 206 South. After merging onto Route 206 you’ll pass a truck stop and shortly after that, go under an overpass. Get into the farthest right-hand lane and take the jug handle for Route 68 South. While traveling on Route 68 you will see signs for Fort Dix/McGuire AFB. DO NOT exit Route 68 at this point. Continue on Route 68 until you reach the checkpoint at the Main Entrance. Continue through Main Entrance and take first exit off the circle onto 4th St. Continue on 4th St until you reach a traffic light. Turn Right onto New Jersey Ave and proceed approx 1 mile. At the four-way stop, turn Right onto W 10th St. Doughboy will be 750 feet ahead on the left.

To Toms River Hotel

Howard Johnsons: 955 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ

Merge onto I-95 N to Philadelphia. Take exit 19 for I-76 E. Continue toward and merge onto I-76 E. Take exit 1B to merge onto I-295 N toward New Jersey Turnpike/Trenton. Take exit 40A for State Hwy Route (Rt) 38 E toward Mt Holly. Merge onto Route 38E/RT-38E. You will come to intersection Rt 38 & 206. Proceed straight across this intersection, it will become Rt 530. Continue on S Pemberton Rd/Route 530. This will become Hampton St. You will arrive at an intersection that will have a Dunkin Donuts on your right. Look for a sign that identifies Pemberton By-Pass. Take and continue on Pemberton By-Pass until it comes to an end. Turn right onto Pemberton Browns Mills Rd. Turn right at Juliustown Rd which will become Lakehurst Rd. Stay on Lakehurst Rd until you come to a merge with RT 70. Continue on RT 70 until reaching RT 37. Turn right onto Rt 37 West. Continue on this route and pass the entrance to the Garden State Parkway. Take a right exit onto Lowell Ave to Terrace St. Turn right onto Terrace. Take a right onto Hooper Ave. This will have you crossing Rt 37. Cross the intersection and Howard Johnsons will be down just a bit on your right.
