1. The EqB Amazing Zero% Installment (EAZI) Promo is from June 1 to December 31, 2009. 2. The EAZI Promo allows Equicom Credit Cardholders to purchase selected items from accredited EAZI Merchants in the using their Equicom Credit Card and pay for the same, on installment basis. 3. The Equicom Credit Cardholder agrees that Equicom Savings Bank requires a minimum purchase amount of P3,000 for 3, 6 and 12 months and P10,000 for 18 and 24 months 4. The Equicom Credit Cardholder agrees that the beneficial title to the goods purchased through EAZI, including any and all replacements, accessions and accessories thereto, shall remain with Equicom Savings Bank until the total EAZI installment price is paid in full. The Cardholder shall, in the meantime, possess and hold the same in trust for Equicom Savings Bank. 5. The use of the Equicom Credit Card in connection with EAZI shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions governing Equicom Savings Bank’s Card Products. 6. The Equicom Credit Cardholder’s availment of EAZI shall be considered his/her acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions and such amendments hereof as may be made by Equicom Savings Bank and advised from time to time. 7. The EAZI Promo cannot be availed of in conjunction with ongoing Merchant promos, other Equicom Credit Card. 8. The EAZI is available for selected items of the EAZI merchant. The EAZI Merchants listed in this material are current as of print date. Equicom Savings Bank reserves the right to change the line-up of EAZI Merchants participating in the EAZI promo from time to time.
