NASHVILLE – A convicted felon entered a not guilty plea to possession of firearm in circuit court Wednesday. Maverick D. Bryan, 52, of Cottonshed, appeared in Howard County Circuit Court with his public de- fender, Aaron Brasel, before Judge Tom Cooper for posses- sion of firearms by certain persons.
