RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES Type of Recruitment Initiative Brief Description of Activity (Menu Selection) 1 Participate in Job Fair On Thursday, March 4, 2020, our SEU participated in a virtual job fair conducted by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Our Business Manager/EEO Coordinator participated in this event and spoke with attendees about radio broadcasting, career opportunities in the industry, and job openings within the SEU. 2 Management level training regarding equal On March 24, 2021, our Business Manager/EEO employment opportunity and preventing Coordinator participated in a presentation discrimination sponsored by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and conducted by David Oxenford from Wilkinson Barker Knauer entitled, “Staying on Top of your Broadcast FCC EEO Obligations.” The webinar highlighted some of the important provisions of the FCC’s EEO rules as well as pending issues concerning these Rules. 3 Participate in event/program sponsored by or on On February 5, 2021, our SEU’s Digital Sales behalf of an educational institution regarding careers Manager met virtually with a student from Fox in broadcasting Valley Technical College, referred by the Director of Appleton Downtown Inc., to discuss her interest in radio broadcasting and talk about the variety of career options available within a broadcast group. .
