“As you leave this high school, surround yourself with those who are doing positive things. Surround yourself with those who have goals and you can become part of those goals,” Winslow shared about the importance of working with others to achieve success. “Do not leave here thinking you can accomplish anything by yourself. That is just not the case. Success can be measured by those people around you. I am living proof of that and so thankful.” Winslow accredits much of his success, not only on the football field, but in life, to his coach Cornelius Perry, who was Winslow’s presenter when he was enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1995.
