WELCOME BACK, AUGGIE: José Alguacil returns to manage the Flying Squirrels after leading the team to a 72-68 record in 2015, the most recent season the team has posted a winning record. Alguacil is in his 15th overall season with the Giants organization and worked at the Alternate Training Site in 2020. He previously served as the first base coach and oversaw bunting instruction while assisting with infield defense and baserunning in San Francisco from 2017-2019 on Bruce Bochy’s major league staff.
