(c) Rounding errors, which sum to no more than one unit, may occur in all the tables. (d) Where a local authority covers more than one BBC region, it is included in the weighted average calculation for all relevant regions. (e) In 2020/21, authorities with responsibility for adult social care are able to increase their council tax by an additional 2%. The change in council tax attributable to adult social care shown in the final column for Other Non-Metropolitan Authorities is the amount collected by the billing authorities for the county councils and is based on the change in Other Major Precepts. (f) All of 2019/20 Totals have been readjusted to take into account the merger as of 1st April 2020 of the following authorities: Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks, and Wycombe are Buckinghamshire UA. (g) The data contains one authority with a referendum scheduled.
