The gym is located on Rt. 2 a short distance past the light at the Elsmere Fire Company. ARCHMERE ACADEMY – 3600 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703 – From I 95 North, take Harvey Rd exit (Exit 10) and keep right at the fork in the off ramp. Merge onto Harvey Rd and continue on Harvey Rd to the “T” intersection which is Philadelphia Pike. Make a right turn onto Philadelphia Pike (US 13 North) and continue on Philadelphia Pike for approximately .8 mi to Manor Ave. Turn right on Manor Ave and the entrance to Archmere will be on the left. CHRIST THE TEACHER – 2451 Frazer Rd., Newark, DE 19702 – From I95 (North or South), take Rt. 896 South for approximately 3 miles to Rt. 40 Pulaski Hwy. Take Rt. 40 west toward Elkton for approximately 1.5 miles and turn left onto Frazer Rd. The school entrance will be located on the left off Frazer Rd. DT & CC STANTON – 400 Stanton Christiana Rd, Newark, DE 19713 - Delaware Technical & Community College is located on Churchmans Rd near I95 across from Borders Book Store. NO PARKING IN HANDICAP PARKING SLOTS! FOURNIER HALL - 1812 Howland St., Wilmington, DE 19805 - and two (2) blocks from St. Anthony School. Take N. Lincoln St. from Lancaster Ave North to 9th St. Turn right on 9th St. at Father Tucker Field. Go one (1) block to N. Scott St. and turn right. Go one (1) block to Howland St. and turn right. Fournier Hall is on the loft at the corner of Howland and Lincoln Sts. Please use the entrance closest to Scott St. The gym is on the 2nd floor. HOLY ANGELS – 82 Possum Park Rd, Newark, DE 19711 – From Newark, take Rt. 2 east and turn left onto Possum Park Rd. Holy Angels is located approximately 1⁄2 mile off Kirkwood Hgy. HOLY CROSS – 631 South State St., Dover, DE 19901 - `From New Castle County, follow Rt. 1 south to exit 97 (Salisbury, Norfolk-Rt. 13 South-this takes you around downtown traffic and lights). Turn right at the light onto Rt. 13 north, move to the left lane ASAP. Turn left at the next light, which is State St. Holy Cross will be one mile on the right. Watch for the second school zone. Pass the brick Holy Cross sign and enter the next drive. ALTERNATE: Rt. 1 south to exit 104 (Denney’s Rd) to Rt. 13 south. Stay in the right lane and Delaware State University will be on the right. Shortly after Delaware State University, bear right at the traffic light at the Delaware Agriculture Museum. Cross Silver Lake Bridge and turn left at the light onto State Street at the end of the bridge. Continue approximately 1 1/2 miles through historic district and Holy Cross will be on the left aide across from Kent General Hospital. North on Foulk Rd and turn right at the first light which is Weldon Rd. Continue straight on Weldon Rd to Shipley Rd. IHM will be on the left at the intersection of Weldin Rd and Shipley Rd. MT. From Memorial Dr., take Rt. 9 (New Castle Ave) South a short distance to Halcyon Dr and turn right. Halcyon Drive is the last street prior to I295. The entrance to Holy Spirit will be a short distance on the left off Halcyon. ST. ANN - 2006 Shallcross Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19806 N. Union St. and Shallcross Ave in Wilmington. From Pennsylvania Ave, take N. Union St. North past Delaware Ave. ST. ANTHONY – 901 N. ELIZABETH - 1500 Cedar Street, Wilmington, DE 19805 Take Rt. 4 (Maryland Ave) East from Newport into Wilmington and turn left onto Broom St. Continue on Broom approximately one mile to Cedar St and turn left. The entrance to the gym is located near the corner of Cedar & Rodney Sts. St. Elizabeth Gym known as “The Box” is attached to the school and used for CYM volleyball matches and basketball games. The St. E Center is located behind St. Elizabeth Church and is used for CYM volleyball championship matches and other special events. ST. This resulted in eleven consecutive posters, which when mounted side by side, create a %foot mural. The timeline exhibits and describes the millstones of physics in images and words. The timeline functions as a chronology, a work of art, a permanent open textbook, and a gigantic photo album covering a hundred years in the life of the community of physicists and the existence of the American Physical Society . Each of the eleven posters begins with a brief essay that places a major scientific achievement of the decade in its historical context. Large portraits of the essays’ subjects include youthful photographs of Marie Curie, Albert Einstein, and Richard Feynman among others, to help put a face on science. Below the essays, a total of over 130 individual discoveries and inventions, explained in dated text boxes with accompanying images, form the backbone of the timeline. For ease of comprehension, this wealth of material is organized into five color- coded story lines the stretch horizontally across the hundred years of the 20th century.
