Directions to CYM Baseball Fields Directions to CYM Baseball Fields ARCHMERE - Archmere Academy is located off Philadelphia Pike in Claymont. From I95 north, take Harvey Road and bear right on the exit ramp east on Harvey Road. Continue on Harvey Road to Philadelphia Pike which is a T intersection. Turn left onto Philadelphia Pike and continue into Claymont. Turn right onto Manor Ave and take the 2nd entrance left onto the grounds of Archmere. BANNING - Middleboro Rd. Wilmington, Delaware 19804. Banning complex is located off Maryland Ave (Rt. 4) and Boxwood Rd. The entrance to Banning is off Middleboro Rd. The #1 field is the full size baseball field that is fenced located off the large parking lot across from the playground. BRANDYWINE HIGH SCHOOL - 1400 Foulk Rd, Wilmington, De 19803 – From I95, take Rt. 202 north for approximately ½ mile and turn right on Foulk Rd (De 261). Continue north on Foulk Rd for approximately 2 miles and Brandywine High School will be on the right. 18TH & VANBUREN (BRANDYWINE) – From I95 North, take the Rt. 202 South Exit. After leaving the exit ramp south on Rt. 202, proceed to the first traffic light which is Broom St. and turn right. Continue on Broom to the "T" intersection. Salesianum School will be on the right. Turn left at the "T" intersection and the Brandywine baseball field will be located a short distance on your right. CANBY #1 – Located off South Clayton Rd and Banning St. near St. Elizabeth School. CHRIST THE TEACHER - 2451 Frazer Rd., Newark, DE 19702 - From I95, take Rt. 896 south for approximately 3 miles to Rt. 40 Pulaski Hwy. Take Rt. 40 west toward Elkton for approximately 1.5 miles and turn left onto Frazer Rd. The school entrance will be located on the left off Frazer Rd. The baseball field is located behind the school. CONRAD - From I95, take Rt. 141 North past Newport. The first exit ramp after Newport is Boxwood Road. Take the exit ramp, move to the right lane and make a right turn onto Boxwood Road. Once on Boxwood Road, you will pass the General Motors plant on your left. Continue for approximately 1/2 mile and Conrad will be on your right. The entrance to the parking lot is located behing the school. DELCASTLE RECREATION – 802 McKennans Church Rd. Wilmington, Delaware 19808 From Prices Corner, take Kirkwood Hgy (Del Rt 2) West for approximately one mile to Duncan Rd. I. Goldberg Store will be located at the intersection of Rt. 2 and Duncan Rd. Turn right onto Duncan Rd and continue for approximately 1½ miles to McKennans Church Rd, which is a “T” intersection. Turn left on McKennans Church Rd and the entrance to Delcastle Complex will be on the left. DOVER LITTLE LEAGUE – 200 Electric Ave, Dover, De 19901 – Take Del. Rt 1 south to Dover to Exit #104 (Scarborough Rd). Stay on Scarborough Rd crossing Rt. 13. Scarborough Rd will become McKee Rd. Continue on McKee Rd until you come to the intersection of McKee Rd and Rt. 8. Turn right onto Rt 8 and continue on Rt. 8 until you come to Mifflin Rd. A Wawa Store will be located on the left before the intersection. Turn left onto Mifflin Rd. Continue on Mifflin Rd crossing Hazletville Rd. After the intersection Mifflin becomes Electric Ave and you have entered Schutte Park. Baseball fields will be just past the soccer field on the right. DYER FIELD – Darley Rd. and I95 Claymont, Delaware 19703 Take I95 North getting off at Harvey Rd exit. The ramp will split and you will take the right ramp, which merges onto Harvey Rd. Continue on Harvey Rd to Philadelphia Pike. Turn left onto Philadelphia Pike to Darley Rd. Turn left onto Darley Rd and continue on Darley for ½ mile and turn right onto a gravel road which is the entrance to Dyer Field. There will be a sign indicating Dyer Field Claymont Little League Field. H.B. DUPONT – 735 Meeting House Road, Hockessin, DE 19707 – for directions, go to http://www.redclay.k12.de.us/schoolmaps/hbms.shtml. HICKMAN – 2301 W. 4th St, Wilmington, De 19805 - Located at 4th St and Woodlawn Ave two blocks from St. Thomas Church in Wilmington. MT. PLEASANT HIGH SCHOOL – 5201 Washington St. Ext, Wilmington, DE - From Wilmington, take I95 north to Marsh Road exit and follow exit ramp to "T" intersection. Make left at "T" intersection and continue short distance to first traffic light which is Marsh Rd. Make right turn onto Marsh Rd. Continue to Marsh Rd to first traffic light and make left turn onto Washington St Ext. Mt. Pleasant High School is on the left. NAAMANS LITTLE LEAGUE – 2 Mt. Lebanon Rd Wilmington, Delaware 19803 Located at the intersection of Rt. 202 (Concord Pike) and Mt. Lebanon Rd. Entrance to field is located off Mt. Lebanon Rd. NEWARK NATIONAL LITTLE LEAGUE – 800 Brownleaf Rd Newark, Delaware 19711 From I95, take the Rt. 273 Exit toward Newark. The first traffic light after leaving I95 is Harmony Rd. Turn right on Harmony Rd and continue to the first traffic light which is Brownleaf Rd. Gallagher School is located on Brownleaf and the field is located behind the school. NEW CASTLE LITTLE LEAGUE – Frenchtown Rd, Washington Park, New Castle, DE 19720 - From Wilmington, take Rt. 13 DuPont Hgy south to Hares Corner and make a left turn onto Rt. 273 east. Continue on Rt. 273 and the New Castle Little League complex will be a couple of miles on the right side prior to reaching Basin Rd. PIEDMONT (DOYLE & PREP) – 1023 Valley Rd, Hockessin, De 19707 - From Prices Corner, take Rt. 41 North into Hockessin. As you pass the railroad tracks, proceed to the first traffic light and make a left turn. Continue for one block to the stop sign and turn right onto Old Lancaster Pike. Continue to the next stop sign (Valley Rd) and make a left turn and the Hockessin Library will be on your left. Park in the Hockessin Library parking lot. Doyle Field will be used for "C" games and is located next to the library parking lot. The next field over will be the Prep Field that will be used for "Y" games. From Newark take Rte 72 North (Paper Mill Rd) until it ends at Rte 7. Take a left onto Rte 7 and continue for appox 2 miles past the Lantana Square Shopping Center. At the next light take a right onto Valley Road. Continue for 1 1/2 miles on Valley Road. The field will be on your right. ROCKFORD – Tower Rd. and West 19th St. Wilmington, Delaware 19806 From Del. Rt. 52 (Pennsylvania Ave) near Wilcastle Center, turn onto Tower Rd which will take you directly to the entrance of the park. ST. EDMOND - 2120 Veale Rd. Wilmington, Delaware 19810 I95 North to Harvey Road. Turn left on Harvey Rd to Veale Rd. Turn left on Veale Rd and St. Edmond’s Academy will be on the left. Baseball Field is in the back. ST. MARK’S HS FROM WILMINGTON I95 SOUTH BOUND – Take I95 South to Exit 4N Churchman’s Rd. Go a short distance to the first major intersection with Rte. 7 and turn right onto Rt. 7 North. Continue on Rt. 7 North to Rt. 2 (Kirkwood Hgy) where you will find a Howard Johnson’s Restaurant. Turn left onto Rt. 2 and continue West for 4 traffic lights. All Saint’s Cemetery will be on the right as you approach the 4th light. Turn right onto Pike Creek Rd, which borders All Saint’s Cemetery. Continue on Pike Creek Rd for .2 mile and the entrance to St. Mark’s High School will be on the right. ST. MARK’S HS FROM NEWARK I95 NORTH BOUND – Take I95 North to Rt. 273 North Exit. The Rt. 273 North Exit is for Newark. After coming off ramp, go to the first light, which is Harmony Rd. You will see a Holiday Inn on the left side. Turn right onto Harmony Rd. and continue on Harmony Rd to where the road ends at a “T intersection with Kirkwood Hgy (Rt. 2). Turn right onto Kirkwood Hgy (Rt. 2) and continue East on Rt. 2 for approximately ½ mile. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left onto Pike Creek Rd which borders All Saints Cemetery. Continue on Pike Creek Rd for .2 mile and the entrance to St. Mark’s High School will be on the right. WEISS FIELD – 120 Aspen Dr. Newark, Delaware 19702 From I95, take Rt. 273 East for approximately 2 miles to Old Baltimore Pike. Turn right onto Old Baltimore Pike and continue several miles until you reach the development of Summer Hill. Turn left onto Aspen Dr and Aspen Dr will take you to the field. UPDATED 3/22/11 .

    NON-PUBLIC STUDENT TRANSFER BUSES 2020/2021 SCHOOL YEAR ** WHEN USING INFOFINDER I, THE TRANSFER BUS NUMBER WILL NOT BE LISTED. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INFORMATION BELOW FOR YOUR SCHOOL. ** The Garnet Valley School District is pleased to provide transportation for students living within the geographic boundaries of our district who are attending private schools in our area. Our District provides transportation to private schools which are within a ten-mile radius of our school district boundaries. Because of the distance between Garnet Valley and the private schools, route times may be a little longer in length. We do, however, strive to transport the students in an expedient, efficient, and safe manner. Non-public students attending the schools listed below will use transfer buses at the high school in the morning for transportation to their school of attendance. This means that private school students will be picked up at their assigned home bus stop location, transported to the high school and transfer to the bus which transports them to their private school. In the afternoon, only two buses (#43 and #42) use transfer buses. Students riding these buses will be picked up at their school of attendance, transported to Bethel Springs Elementary School and then transfer to the bus which transports them to their assigned home bus stop.
