I made many contacts with the officer at the City Police department that is supposedly in charge of it. As much as he tried, he never did get the system to work ... at least for me and for one of my friends. I contacted one of the members of the City Council explaining this. The system actually worked for a while, then failed again. If the system can work once in a while, why can't it work all the time? I'd really like to have a warning for tornadoes and fires. I'd appreciate it if one of the county commissioners would look into this. Thank you! 1 Karen D. The public good outweighs the rights of a business which threatens that public good. Please don’t get caught up in legalities, especially those that are moot. It is right to protect the aquifer. Status of Astragalus leptaleus (Park milkvetch) in south-central Wyoming Prepared for Bureau of Land Management Wyoming State Office and Rawlins Field Office By Bonnie Heidel Wyoming Natural Diversity Database University of Wyoming P.O. Box 3381 Laramie, WY 82071 March 2017 Agreement No. L12AC20036, Supplement 4 ABSTRACT Astragalus leptaleus (Park milkvetch) was systematically surveyed in Albany and Carbon counties, Wyoming during 2015 and 2016. Results are presented in the first state status report for this species. It is a species of alkaline meadows, an uncommon habitat. Wyoming has the fewest occurrences of any state within its four-state distribution. It is now known from five extant occurrences and one historic collection area in the state. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Project coordination was provided by Frank Blomquist (Bureau of Land Management; BLM - Rawlins Field Office) and Tanya Skurski (BLM State Office). The facilities and resources of the Rocky Mountain Herbarium and staff expertise were fundamental to this study and are gratefully acknowledged. Special thanks go to an anonymous Forest Service botanist who permitted access on the Big Creek Road.
