With tighter guitar interplay and band opens with a song they could retire on a sparser atmosphere, OMNI drifts in an immaculate vacuum of dark-yet-catchy called “Paris (Ooh La La),” a driving blues stomp 80s prog and new wave, a form of mathy, sultry pop perfectly suited to stargazing that brims with lust. It’s the kind of song Bonnie and/or zero-gravity sex.
