Alternative Press keeps the great reviews coming “Remember in 2008 when Panic! At The Disco let their inner Beatlemaniacs Killer press for Grace Potter and The Nocturnals run wild and free on Pretty. Odd.? That was nothing compared to the Fab-ulous “Is it getting hot in here? Seriously, someone’s spirit of Take A Vacation!, the Young Veins’ infectious debut. Led by two former got to crack a window if we’re going to keep the members of Panic! (Ryan Ross on vocals/guitar and Jon Walker on bass/vocals), new Grace Potter disc on. It’s the kind of song Bonnie and/or zero-gravity sex. Tacoma elected candidates to the City Council, School Board, Civil Service Board and Parks District. There were five statewide initiatives on the ballot, of which four were approved. Two local initiatives, one for Pierce County and the other for the City of Tacoma, were also approved. In Tacoma, City Council members Ryan Mello (a former Puget Sound student), Lauren Walker and David Boe were re-elected to their positions. They will be joined by newcomer Anders Ibsen, member of the Pierce County Conservation District, who defeated teacher Karen Smitherman by a five percent margin.
