On November 7, 2020, Navistar and its alliance partner TRATON announced they entered into a definitive agreement where TRATON will acquire by merger all the outstanding shares of the company that it does not already own for $44.50 per share in cash, and Navistar will become a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of TRATON.
