AWAITING MEASUREMENTS PLANNING With reference to delegated report ref 10/01548/COU Teignbridge Council Planning permission was granted in 1988 for the change of use of the two storey barn to a dwelling, the roadside barn to holiday accommodation and an annexe of the Manor House to a separate dwelling. The annexe was converted pursuant to this permission but no works were carried out on the barns. However, the works to convert the annexe secured the permission. Prior to the 2006 approval at appeal works commenced on the listed roadside barn under the earlier 1988 permission (Ref 88/02700/COU. The owner has subsequently secured additional planning consent to convert the Barn to 3 x 2 bed dwellings however it is the owner’s wish that the building is converted to one dwelling in order to minimise disturbance to the adjacent Manor House.
