LAND AND STABLES AT PITLAND LANE, DACCOMBE Situation and Description Situate off Pitland Lane south of St Marychurch Road between Milber and Barton. The land and stables lie just north of the village of Daccombe accessible through Coffinswell providing easy accessibility by car to an area that is known for its riding out with horse stabling and paddocks. Tenure The land will be let under a standard; Model Tenancy Agreement for Horses and Ponies at £600/month, for up to three horses with a two month notice period. Directions From Rendells Newton Abbot Office: Take Highweek St onto the A382 then continue onto the A381 towards Penn Inn roundabout. Follow the signs for Milber and turn right at the traffic lights for Milber onto St Marychurch Road continue for about 3 miles take the 8th right turn into the top of Pitland Lane, follow the lane down 500 yards and the double gates and parking area will be in your right. From the A380: Heading to Newton Abbot exit off the A380 signposted for , at the 1st roundabout take the 3rd left at the next roundabout take the 1st left at the third roundabout take the 1st left onto Road continue along for around 500yards and take the second left heading for Coffinswell.
