The market continues to present opportunities for buyers with interest rates staying near all-time lows and solid rental demand bolstering affordability as a result of strong cash flows. Conditions are also excellent for sellers due to supply levels are among the lowest in over 10 years, significant value growth, and plenty of buyers ready to act. Year to date unit sales in Avalon are down 24% yet prices are up 21%. Stone Harbor’s median prices soared 53% while unit sales had a slight uptick of 12%.
