Fire, Rescue, Emergency Medical Services and Community Risk Reduction Master Plan FIRE, RESCUE, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AND COMMUNITY RISK REDUCTION MASTER PLAN JULY 22, 2015 PUBLIC HEARING DRAFT FIRE, RESCUE, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY RISK REDUCTION MASTER PLAN PREFACE The purpose of this Fire, Rescue, Emergency Medical Services, and Community Risk Reduction Master Plan is to set a forward-thinking, rational, and attainable blueprint for the continued delivery of effective and efficient fire, rescue, emergency medical services, special operations, and community risk reduction services. The Plan guides the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) in how best it can meet the needs and expectations of its customers and address the overall fire-rescue related risk present in the County. The primary focus of the Fire, Rescue, Emergency Medical Services, and Community Risk Reduction Master Plan is our external customers - the residents and business owners of Montgomery County and visitors to the County. Other external customers to which this Master Plan is focused include MCFRS' partners, including County departments and agencies, municipalities located in Montgomery County, private sector emergency service organizations and utilities serving the County, and State and federal departments/agencies. Internal customers of the MCFRS to which this Plan is also focused include the career and volunteer service providers, Local [Volunteer] Fire-Rescue Departments (LFRDs), Fire and Emergency Service Commission (FESC), International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) – Local 1664, Montgomery County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association (MCVFRA), and fire-rescue resource groups that support the MCFRS. Considering that some readers of this Master Plan may not be familiar with the MCFRS, readers are encouraged to review the Acronyms and Glossary sections before reading Sections 1-6. This Master Plan can also be viewed in its entirety at the following web site: www.mcfrs.org. ii PUBLIC HEARING DRAFT FIRE, RESCUE, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY RISK REDUCTION MASTER PLAN ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Fire Chief Scott E. • Volcano House Register Volume 2
Haw VolcanoesNa al Park National Service Park The Volcano House Register, Volume 2 1873-1885 In this volume, on almost every page, there are entries in which a writer merely gives his name, date, times of arrival and departure, and destination. In the other volumes, whenever this occurs, I mention that I omitted such an entry, and give the page number. But because there are so many such entries in this particular volume, it would become tedious both for the transcriber to record and the reader to read every case of such omission; so I am doing it once only, here at the beginning of the document. On the page facing page 1, there is a rough table of contents, listing the page numbers of various maps and signatures of Kalakaua, Louis Pasteur, etc. In addition, there is a poem: Index Some good Some mediocre And much rotten For the Lord's sake Don't write unless You have somethingHawai'i Volcanoes Park To say & can say it. National Park Ser no signature and no date Between 11 and 12 last night Mokuaweoweo started action again. The wind has been from the southward, and the whole day a dense body of smoke has been passing over Kilauea and across Puna, off to sea. Evidently a much greater portion of the crater is in action than in the eruption of August last. Had a heavy thunder shower about dusk with hail and this evening there is considerable lightning. Weather hazy and top of mountain seldom visible. Kilauea quite active but no lava flowing.

  • Book of Enoch and Noah
Book Of Enoch And Noah ‘Enoch lived three hundred sixty-five years. Enoch walked with God and he was not for God took him’ (Genesis 5:23 & 24). ‘By faith, Enoch was taken so he would not see death, and he was not found (on earth) because God translated him. Enoch has the testimony given to him, before his translation he had been well pleasing to God’ (Hebrews 11:5). ‘Enoch, the seventh generation from Adam prophesied saying, "Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of His holy ones to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the blasphemous things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him’” (Jude 1:14 & 15). This quote in Jude was a prophecy written by Enoch about the final judgement of all mankind. About 300 BC, the Jewish group called the Sadducees removed from the Tenach (Old Testament), the Book of Enoch. During that time, much of the Old Testament was translated into Greek for the Greek-speaking Jews. The Sadducees did not believe in the resurrection or life after death (Matthew 22:23; Luke 20:27), putting the Sadducees at odds with the prophets, because the Book of Enoch majors on the Godly being resurrected to eternal life with God, and the ungodly being resurrected to damnation, as is also written in the Book of Daniel (Daniel 12:2). Jesus warned the Jewish people living in His day, not to accept the wrong teaching, or the ‘leaven’ preached by the Sadducees (Matthew 16:6).

  • Alice Cooper: El Rei Del Shock Rock
